New York, NY (Hybrid)- 2 days onsite per week
Must Have
8+ years of software engineering experience
Strong Python skills + cloud experience (AWS preferred
Track record designing and operating high-scale backend systems, APIs, or data platforms
Strong communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
Thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
Bonus Points
Experience with Typesense, Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, or FAISS
Built customer-facing search or recommendation systems
Led engineering teams or mentored senior engineers
