You will provide technical leadership, contribute to architecture and technical strategy, and use AI-assisted development tools with sound review practices. You will support production systems, address technical risks proactively, and collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with investor protection and market integrity./n

Responsibilities
/n
/n
- Design, develop, and maintain applications that ingest multiple data sources and surface insights through correlation and analysis with attention to code quality and performance.
/n
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship and guide effective, responsible use of AI-assisted development tools.
/n
- Participate in architecture discussions, contribute to technical strategy, and define technical solutions or operational processes with measurable impact.
/n
- Identify and resolve technical risks and cross-team dependencies early to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
/n
- Support production systems and troubleshoot complex issues, simplifying code and infrastructure to reduce maintenance and migration costs.
/n
- Apply computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, problem solving, complexity analysis, and data structures.
/n
- Use AI-assisted development tools with judgment to review generated output for correctness, security, and quality.
/n
- Build productive relationships with senior internal and external partners, align on priorities, and collaborate in support of investor protection and market integrity.

Experience Requirements
/n
/n
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Security (OAuth2 and LDAP), Hibernate, Python, and Node.js with strong object-oriented design, RESTful API design, and microservices architecture.
/n
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server and NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB, MongoDB, and Cassandra.
/n
- Hands-on with AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, SES, SQS, SNS, RDS, ECS, and API Gateway, plus CloudWatch or CloudTrail, IAM, VPC networking, and IaC using Terraform or CloudFormation.
/n
- Containerization with Docker.
/n
- Build and test tools such as Maven, Gradle, and JUnit 5.
/n
- CI/CD pipelines, test automation, unit testing, and software security best practices.
/n
- Nice to have: Frontend experience with React or Angular, GitLab CI/CD exposure, and experience with AI development tools such as Amazon Kiro or similar with strong validation practices.

Education Requirements
/n
/n
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline with at least seven years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
/n
- Background in system design, cloud technologies, relational and NoSQL data stores, performance tuning and optimization, DevOps and CI/CD, test automation and unit testing, and software security.
