Job description
Mercor is recruiting expert US/Europe-based senior SWEs for a highly challenging project with a leading foundational model AI lab. You must be able to commit around 20 hours per week for this contract lasting 2-3 weeks, with promotion opportunities within the project.
The vetting includes a 30-minute AI interview and an asynchronous SWE exercise (2 hours total) with $100 paid for completion. The role pays $150–$210 per hour depending on geography and experience.
