About the Role
Premier Global Links LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer – Python/TypeScript to build, scale, and maintain production software for a rapidly growing technology platform.
This role offers end-to-end ownership across backend services, full-stack applications, infrastructure, and scalable systems. The ideal candidate has strong computer science fundamentals, excellent coding skills, and experience delivering production software in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain scalable backend and full-stack services.
Own features from architecture and technical design through deployment and production support.
Develop production applications using Python, TypeScript, and modern software technologies.
Identify and implement scalability, reliability, and infrastructure improvements.
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to develop robust technical solutions.
Troubleshoot complex technical problems and improve system performance.
Contribute to architecture, engineering standards, and development best practices.
Mentor engineers and contribute to a strong engineering culture.
Participate in technical interviews and help evaluate engineering talent.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of professional software engineering experience; candidates with 6+ years may be considered for exceptional technical backgrounds.
Strong experience with Python and TypeScript.
Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and system design.
Experience building and scaling production software and distributed/scalable systems.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Experience working in a high-growth startup or fast-paced technology environment.
Demonstrated career growth and increasing technical responsibility.
Ability to work on-site 4 days per week in New York City.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; TN or E-3 visa holders may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, or Terraform.
Experience with Go or other modern programming languages.
Experience scaling systems through significant growth.
Startup or growth-stage technology experience.
Fintech or healthcare technology experience.

Compensation & Benefits
$210,000–$250,000 annual salary for the New York market, based on experience and qualifications.
