Specialty drugs take weeks to reach patients. Not because of the medicine, but because of the paperwork.
We automate it. Prior authorizations, benefits verification, pharmacy routing. Our AI agents run inside the provider's own systems, from prescriber to patient to pharmacy.
Mandatory
Strong Python, without an AI assistant doing the thinking. We test this in the first round.
Early-stage or high-growth startup experience. Founder or founding engineer is ideal.
Projects you owned end to end — found the problem, built it, then watched whether it worked.
React/TypeScript and Postgres. A front-end lean is a plus.
In the office five days a week. Not hybrid. Not becoming hybrid.
What moves you to the top of the pile
You've built internal AI tooling, company-specific harnesses, or local model hosting. Especially against regulated data.
Don't bother if
You've only built to spec at a large company. Or you want to manage people — there's nobody to manage.
