Job description
Pearson is seeking a Software Engineer III to design, build, and maintain Ruby on Rails services and APIs, alongside modern React frontends. You will lead feature delivery end-to-end, drive architectural decisions, and mentor junior engineers to elevate the team’s capabilities.
You will work across multiple codebases, collaborate with Product and Customer Success, and apply AI-assisted tools to improve coding, testing, and debugging. Remote-friendly with competitive compensation.
