Job description
YO AI Labs is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for an AI training project. This contractor role (~15 hours/week) is remote, focusing on creating reinforcement learning environments and evaluating AI models using Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools.
You will design reproducible environments, deterministic verification, and reference solutions for tasks like bug fixing, feature implementation, codebase refactoring, and performance optimization. No prior AI experience is required.
