Job description
Otter in Seattle is seeking a software engineer to own Revenue Recapture, an automated tool that recovers funds from delivery platform errors. You will design end-to-end automation, build backend services in Java, and surface dispute status and insights for restaurant partners.
You will collaborate with Product, Data, Operations and Support to turn customer feedback into improvements, while focusing on reliability, testing, and observability across the stack.
