This role offers the chance to help build a next-generation platform that enables enterprises to optimize how human and digital workforces collaborate.

Position Overview

This is a hands-on, individual contributor role for a product-focused engineer who thrives in fast-paced, early-stage environments. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning features end-to-end—from concept through deployment and collaborating closely with product, design, and executive stakeholders.

You will play a key role in delivering high-impact product features across a modern full-stack architecture, contributing directly to a platform used by enterprise leaders to make strategic workforce decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy product features across a React (Vite/shadcn) frontend and Python (FastAPI/Postgres) backend

Own the full development lifecycle from early-stage concepts (e.g., Figma mockups and problem statements) through production deployment and executive demos

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and leadership to define and execute on product direction

Utilize AI-assisted development tools as part of your daily workflow

Make pragmatic engineering decisions, balancing speed-to-delivery with scalability and stability

Contribute to evolving architecture and platform capabilities, including future expansion into LLM-based systems

Qualifications

Approximately 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience , ideally within a startup or product-driven environment

Proven experience owning and delivering end-to-end product features

Strong proficiency in either:

React / TypeScript , or

with willingness to work across the full stack

Demonstrated experience using AI coding tools in a development workflow

Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments with a bias toward execution and delivery

Must be located within commuting distance of the SF Bay Area and available to work onsite 3 days per week

Preferred Experience

Familiarity with modern tools and frameworks such as: shadcn, Radix UI, Tailwind CSS, FastAPI, Alembic, Postgres, TanStack Query, Clerk, Supabase, Vercel, Railway

Target base salary range: $155,000 – $250,000 , depending on experience

Opportunity for conversion to a full-time role and long-term career growth

Direct impact on product direction with high visibility to leadership

Why Apply

This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth AI environment where engineering teams have true ownership and the ability to ship meaningful features quickly to enterprise customers. The role offers strong exposure to cutting-edge AI applications and a clear path toward deeper involvement in advanced AI/LLM systems as the platform evolves.
