Job Description

The Senior ServiceNow Software Engineer will be responsible for the analysis, design, testing, development and maintenance of best-in-class software experiences. The candidate is a self-motivated individual who can collaborate with a team and across the organization. The candidate takes responsibility of the software artifacts produced adhering to U.S. Bank standards in order to ensure minimal impact to the customer experience. The candidate will be adept with the agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles.

Essential Responsibilities:

Design,develop,configure,andmaintain ServiceNow Employee Experience solutions ,includingEmployeeCenter,ServiceCatalog,Portal,Mobile,andWorkplaceServiceDeliveryapplications.

Buildandenhance catalog items , record producers , workflows , Flow Designer automations , and approval processes tostreamlineemployeesupportexperiences.

Developscalableandreusableapplicationsusing ServiceNow App Engine , Studio , Script Includes , Business Rules , Client Scripts , UI Policies , and APIs .

PartnerwithProductOwners,HR,Technology,andbusinessstakeholderstogatherrequirementsandtranslatethemintotechnicalsolutions.

Supportandoptimize employee self-service experiences ,ensuringseamlessnavigation,accessibility,anduseradoptionacrosschannels.

IntegrateServiceNowwithenterpriseplatformsusing REST/SOAP APIs , Integration Hub , web services , and third-party integrations .

Troubleshootandresolveplatformissues,performrootcauseanalysis,andimplementsustainablesolutionsforproductionenvironments.

Follow Agile deliverypracticeswhilecontributingtoplatformgovernance,security,performanceoptimization,releasemanagement,andcontinuousimprovementinitiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience

5+ years of relevant experience

Preferred Skills/Experience:

Adept with agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles

Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) certification.

Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD) certification.

Strongexperiencedevelopingandsupporting Employee Experience products ,including Employee Center , Service Catalog , Portal , Mobile , Knowledge Management , and Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) .

Proficiencywith JavaScript , Glide APIs , Script Includes , Business Rules , Client Scripts , UI Actions , UI Policies , and Service Portal development .

Experiencebuildingandmanaging Flow Designer , Integration Hub , workflows , automation solutions , and custom ServiceNow applications .

Knowledgeof ServiceNow platform architecture , data model design , security controls , ACLs , update sets , and scoped applications .

ExperienceintegratingServiceNowwithenterprisesystemsusing REST APIs , web services , authentication frameworks , and middleware technologies .

Stronganalytical,problem-solving,communication,andstakeholdermanagementskillswithexperiencedeliveringsolutionsinanAgileenvironment.

Location expectations:

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $119,765.00 - $140,900.00
