Senior Software Engineer – Subnet Manager
NVIDIA is seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our Subnet Manager team. This team develops network management software that configures network devices and routing tables of NVLink and large-scale InfiniBand networks powering the world’s most advanced supercomputers. In this role, you will design and implement new features, and collaborate closely with different teams across NVIDIA to deliver robust and scalable networking solutions. This position offers a rare opportunity to influence the architecture and development of our software, contributing directly to the world’s leading AI and HPC systems.
What you’ll be doing:
Design, develop and optimize a server application responsible for managing NVLink networks of thousands of network devices.
Collaborate with multiple teams in a multi‑functional environment on developing new features and improvements.
Participate in the design and architecture of next‑generation network solutions for supercomputers.
Manage issues during integration, testing, deployment, and QA.
Work and collaborate with team members in different geographical locations.
Qualifications:
BSc. or MSc. in Computer Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
Proficient knowledge in C/C++.
Strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of algorithms and proficiency with data structures.
Self‑driven and quick learning abilities.

Knowledge of network topologies design and routing algorithms.
Experience in performance optimizations.
Demonstrated use of creative ideas, providing solutions to challenging problems.
Excellent social and written communication skills.
Salary & Benefits:
Base salary ranges are $184,000 – $287,500 USD for Level4 and $224,000 – $356,500 USD for Level5. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Applications for this job will be accepted until June7,2026.
