Job description
RTX in Cedar Rapids, IA, seeks a Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead the LOS/BLOS waveform software team for warfighter communications. This onsite role requires an active SECRET clearance and a strong background in embedded software and C++, with Agile process experience.
You will manage cross-functional teams, control scope and schedule with EVMS, and collaborate with Collins Aerospace and RCP to deliver secure, battlefield-proven software.
