Hiring: Senior Software Testing & Release Management Specialist
Experience: 10+ years IT | 5+ years Software Testing | 3+ years Release Management

Release Metrics, Dashboards & Reporting
Key Responsibilities:
Define entrance and exit criteria across multiple testing phases.
Assess release health and provide data-driven Go/No-Go recommendations.
Coordinate testing schedules, environments, dependencies, and release activities.
Lead defect triage and resolve test data/environment blockers.
Improve testing processes and reduce cycle turnaround time.
Track release metrics, risks, defect trends, and execution progress.
Build dashboards and provide clear visibility to stakeholders.
