Job description
Stage 3 Separation, LLC seeks a Solids Control Field Leader to supervise and mentor field technicians and contractors across multiple rigs. You will oversee solids control operations, maintain safety standards, and ensure high performance while coordinating with the Basin Area Manager.
Ideal candidates bring deep technical expertise in drilling fluids and equipment, plus strong leadership and communication to drive efficiency and cost savings on site.
