Job description
Salesforce is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead end-to-end Sales Performance Management engagements. You will design, document, and govern SPM solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem, including compensation, planning, territory, and enablement.
This role partners with technical architects and product teams to deliver scalable, long-term implementations. You will mentor junior staff, participate in pre-sales activities, and travel regionally as needed from the US or Canada.
