Team Overview
The Trusted Communications Solutions team partners with telecommunications providers and enterprise organizations to deliver messaging, voice, identity, and fraud prevention solutions that help customers enhance security, improve customer engagement, and support business growth. Working at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Sales, Business Development, and Customer Success, the team helps shape solution strategy, influence product direction, and drive adoption across a rapidly growing area of TransUnion's business. Reporting within the Trusted Communications Solutions organization, this role offers the opportunity to work with industry-leading customers and contribute to the future of communications technology on a global scale.
This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
* Serve as a trusted technical advisor and strategic partner to telecommunications carriers and enterprise customers, with a primary focus on supporting key customer relationships such as T-Mobile and other global telecommunications organizations.
* Design and architect carrier-grade solutions across messaging, voice, identity, and fraud prevention domains, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and commercial value.
* Partner directly with customer technology teams, architects, and senior leadership stakeholders to identify new business opportunities, drive solution adoption, and support revenue growth initiatives.
* Capture Voice of Customer (VOC) insights and translate customer requirements into scalable product enhancements, solution designs, and future roadmap recommendations.
