Senior Space Technology & Microelectronics Intelligence SME
Position Summary
The Senior Space Technology & Microelectronics SME provides subject matter expertise on foreign space industrial bases, microelectronics production ecosystems, supply chains, and emerging technology developments supporting strategic defense capabilities.
Key Responsibilities Assess foreign space-to-ground technology ecosystems.
Analyze microelectronics manufacturing capabilities and supply chains.
Evaluate dependencies, bottlenecks, and vulnerabilities in critical technology sectors.
Support technology forecasting and long-range threat assessments.
Conduct engineering-level reviews of advanced systems and components.
Develop strategic intelligence products and executive briefings.
Required Qualifications Advanced degree in Engineering, Physics, Material Science, Microelectronics, or related field.
10+ years of technical intelligence or engineering experience.
Experience evaluating industrial base and technology development programs.
Active TS/SCI Clearance
Preferred Qualifications PhD in Engineering or Physical Sciences.
Intelligence Community or defense space program experience.
Experience with semiconductor production and advanced manufacturing.
