Job description
Lumen is seeking a Senior Sparing Program Lead to own end-to-end operational performance across equipment availability, fulfillment, logistics, and asset lifecycle. You will drive urgency, accountability, and continuous improvement in a high-stakes environment.
The role requires cross-functional leadership, strong analytics, and the ability to coordinate with Inventory Planning, Service Assurance and Technology Planning teams to optimize sparing requirements and capital strategy.
