Senior SpecialistWe're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist to join our Investor Services team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL.In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:Conducts, analyzes, and reports on transfer agency operations activities for clients of moderate complexityLeads client onboarding and internal conversionsConducts key metric reporting and consults on daily Transfer Agency processesAssists management in day to day operations, resolving escalated issues and applying key controls/processes to identify potential riskTo be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required3-5 years of total work experience preferredExperience in transfer agency operations preferredExperience leading project management initiatives and/or onboarding new clients preferred
