Job description
Deloitte seeks a Senior Manager within the CMAT Growth Platforms Team to drive disciplined sales execution for Industry Solutions. You will lead demand creation, shaping pursuits, and client conversations, strengthening pipeline quality and revenue outcomes across the cluster.
You will partner with pursuit teams, refine win themes, and manage go-to-market strategies, while coaching junior sellers and ensuring CRM hygiene. Travel ~20% and client-facing leadership are expected.
