Target is hiring an Executive Team Leader, Specialty Sales (Assistant Store Manager) for Utah. You will lead Apparel & Accessories, Beauty and Electronics areas, building guest-focused experiences and guiding a team to meet sales goals.
This role requires strong leadership, retail fundamentals and a talent for coaching hourly team members. You will manage merchandising, pricing transitions, backroom operations and visual moments to inspire guests.
