Target in Santa Fe Springs, CA is seeking a Specialty Sales Executive Team Leader to drive store sales, lead A&A, Beauty and Electronics teams, and create a guest-obsessed culture. You will plan schedules, coach teammates, and execute merchandising and pricing to achieve goals.
Qualifications include a 4 year degree or equivalent experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, business acumen, and leadership ability. Flexible hours needed, including weekends.
