Job description
The Enclave at Rye Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in New York is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide and direct Speech Therapy services, including assessment, treatment, program development, and related in-services, under physician orders.
The role includes screenings, evaluations, planning, discharge planning, home/community programming, documentation, and supervision of students/volunteers; collaborating with families and care teams; adhering to standards and infection control.
