Job description
Apploi in Utica, NY seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide evaluation and treatment in a long-term care setting. The role includes developing care plans, documenting progress, and collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA certification, NYS license, and at least 1 year of LTC experience; strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and clinical software is a plus.
