Job description
QualityAI is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer to join our Riverwoods, IL team. You will partner with application development teams to enhance resiliency, define SLIs/SLOs, and build end-to-end observability across hybrid infrastructure including AWS and on-prem environments.
Responsibilities include monitoring, automation, and incident response with a focus onDatadog, Grafana, and Elasticsearch/Kibana style dashboards. Strong SRE fundamentals and collaboration across teams are essential.
