Job description
QualityAI seeks a Senior SRE/ Observability Consultant to lead reliability and observability across North American accounts. This client-facing role is advisory, with hands-on depth in SRE practices and a focus on AIOps, metrics, tracing, and architecture guidance.
You will drive assessments, maturity roadmaps and ensure successful delivery, occasionally contributing to final deliverables while partnering with engineering and IT leadership.
