Job description
Rice Fergus Miller is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to join our finance team in a remote-capable role supporting WA, OR, ID, MT. You will maintain GAAP-compliant records, lead monthly close, manage reconciliations, and assist audits while mentoring junior staff and partnering with project managers.
The ideal candidate has 5–7 years progressive accounting experience, CPA or CPA progress, strong Excel and ERP experience, and a collaborative mindset to strengthen internal controls.
