Job description
Capital One is seeking a Senior Staff AI Engineer to join the Intelligent Foundations and Experiences team. This role is remote eligible and focuses on building responsible, scalable AI systems and platforms that power real-time customer experiences.
You will partner with engineers, researchers, and product managers to design and deploy AI software components, including foundation models, inference, and governance, while advancing production-ready AI capabilities across the enterprise.
