Job description
Capital One is seeking a Senior Staff AI Engineer to join the Intelligent Foundations and Experiences team. You will collaborate with engineers, researchers, and product managers to build AI-powered products that impact millions of customers and associates.
You will design, develop, test, deploy, and optimize AI software components, including foundation model training, inference, and governance, while mentoring leaders and steering long-term AI infrastructure strategy.
