Aegis AI seeks a Staff or Senior Staff engineer to help build the next generation of security products. This highly technical role offers a path to significant leadership, with ownership of hard problems, shipping, and setting technical direction. NYC/SF in-person preferred, open to remote.
You’ll own the full path from data to a customer-visible decision, influencing model creation, production deployment, and evaluation. Leadership is earned through scope and results.
