Job description
Aurora is seeking an experienced Senior Staff Compensation Partner to shape compensation strategy and governance for our global teams. You will partner with senior leadership to design competitive pay programs, benchmark against peers, and drive equity and transparency across the organization.
You’ll analyze market data, build scalable processes, and collaborate with Total Rewards and business leaders to ensure fair, compliant, and motivatesinclusive compensation programs.
