Job description
SAAB is seeking a Senior Staff Electrical Engineer to join our Engineering & Design team in Defense & Aerospace. You will lead design, analysis, and integration of complex electrical systems for cutting-edge defense platforms, ensuring performance, safety, and compliance with military standards. Partner with Systems Engineering to translate requirements into robust architectures and detailed schematics. Mentor junior engineers, drive design reviews, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver innovative, cost‑effective solutions that meet mission-critical needs while supporting Saab’s culture of innovation, efficiency, and teamwork.
