Reddit, Inc. is seeking a Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer for the Feed Relevance domain in the United States.
You will drive GenAI-powered recommendations, leveraging Reddit's unique community data to shape feed ranking and personalization for tens of millions of users. You will set technical direction for the Relevance and Feeds teams, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and mentor Senior and Staff engineers to grow a healthy engineering culture.
