Job description

Google is seeking a Senior Staff Engineer for YouTube Shorts Ranking in Mountain View, CA. You will lead large-scale ML projects and set technical direction in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities include optimizing the Shorts feed, building training infrastructure, and collaborating with data scientists, product managers, frontend engineers, and designers to improve quality and user experience. Equity and strong compensation are offered.
