Job description
Encompass Health in Salisbury, MD seeks a Licensed RN to provide compassionate inpatient rehabilitation nursing care to adults recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, complex orthopedic conditions, and serious illnesses. As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will complete assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor progress, and educate patients and families on recovery and safety. You’ll collaborate closely with therapists and physicians, support discharge planning, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold high standards of quality, safety, and patient-centered care.
