Job description
Samsung Semiconductor in San Jose, CA is seeking an engineer to develop and extend a trace‑driven power/thermal simulation engine, integrating power macromodels, workload traces, and thermal solvers into a coherent, scalable flow. The role focuses on high‑fidelity modeling and performance optimization.
You will build or extend simulation frameworks, interface with IP‑level models, and ensure reproducible results across power and thermal domains. Flexible onsite work aligns with our policy.
