Job description
Shield AI is seeking a Senior Staff Structural Analysis & Vibration Engineer to serve as the structural SME for the V-BAT program. You will own system loads, stress and dynamics analyses, vibration requirements, and testing, and will lead weight optimization across the aircraft.
This high-visibility role requires 12–15+ years in aerospace, including as the structural lead or technical authority on an aircraft program, and involves mentoring engineers in FEA and structural fundamentals.
