Job description
SAAB is seeking a Senior Staff Systems Engineer to lead complex systems development for advanced defense and manufacturing solutions. You will define system architectures, drive requirements, and oversee integration and verification of multi-domain systems for air, land, naval, and civil applications. Partner with cross-functional engineering, production, and program teams to ensure safety, reliability, and manufacturability. You will mentor engineers, champion MBSE and best practices, and contribute to long-term technology roadmaps in Saab’s innovative, mission-driven, global environment.
