Job description
Strattec is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer 2 (Stamping) to design and implement stamping processes and equipment throughout the product life cycle. You will develop layouts, drawings, test methods and control plans, coordinating program launches and driving continuous improvement inside a cross-functional team.
The role requires a BS in Engineering with 5+ years of experience, strong problem-solving skills, and familiarity with AIAG documentation and stamping processes.
