Katalyst CRO is seeking an experienced Statistical Programmer Lead to oversee departmental plans, vendor relationships, and regulatory-ready programming for SDTM/ADaM deliverables. You will guide SAS macro development and ensure compliant validation across studies.
Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in biotech/pharma/CRO environments, strong SAS macro and CDISC knowledge, and proven leadership in validated environments.
