Job description
AstraZeneca Oncology Biometrics seeks a Statistical Programming Director to provide strategic leadership and line management for the Early Oncology Programming group. You will mentor programmers, ensure high-quality deliverables, and drive continuous improvement across outsourced and internal projects.
You will collaborate with Data Management, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, and Clinical Operations on cross-functional initiatives, and contribute to regulatory submissions and process enhancements.
