ABOUT US

We’re the world’s leading provider of secure financial messaging services, headquartered in Belgium. We are the way the world moves value – across borders, through cities and overseas. No other organisation can address the scale, precision, pace and trust that this demands, and we’re proud to support the global economy. We’re unique too. We were established to find a better way for the global financial community to move value – a reliable, safe and secure approach that the community can trust, completely. We’re always striving to be better and are constantly evolving in an ever-changing landscape, without undermining that trust. Five decades on, our vibrant community reflects the complexity and diversity of the financial ecosystem. We innovate diligently, test exhaustively, then implement fast. In a connected and exciting era, our mission has never been more relevant. Swift now has a presence in 200+ countries and legal territories to serve a community of more than 12,000 banks and financial institutions. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, source control practices, testing, code reviews and deployment processes for automation and internal tooling

Help troubleshoot issues across automation workflows, Linux systems, APIs, networking, DNS, monitoring and related infrastructure services

Automate routine operational tasks such as provisioning, health checks, reporting, validation, maintenance and compliance evidence collection

Develop reusable code, templates, playbooks, or modules that support repeatable and consistent infrastructure operations

Support monitoring and observability improvements by contributing to alerts, metrics, log collection, dashboards and reporting automation

Collaborate with infrastructure, application, security and operations teams to understand requirements and deliver automation that improves reliability, security and operational efficiency

Apply secure coding and operational practices, including access control, secrets handling, auditability, error handling and documentation

Create and maintain technical documentation, developer notes, standard operating procedures and runbooks for automation, tools and platform support

Participate in production support and on-call activities, using development and troubleshooting skills to assist with service restoration and incident follow-up

Identify manual or repetitive operational activities and propose automation, workflow or tooling improvements

Participate in incident response, root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives by improving automation, observability and operational tooling
