Job description
Advance Auto Parts is seeking a General Manager to lead a store team, drive sales, and build strong professional customer relationships. The role requires understanding of store and automotive systems, and the ability to manage inventory, coaching, and daily operations to meet financial targets.
The position demands 50–55 hours per week, with a typical 5–6 day schedule and rotating nights/weekends. ASE certification is preferred but not required; strong communication and leadership are essential.
