Job description
Goodwill Industries of San Diego County is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive revenue, ensure safety and compliance, and deliver excellent customer and donor service. You will train and retain staff, manage wage and hour issues, and collaborate with leadership to implement improvement initiatives while maintaining a clean, well merchandised store.
