Job description
Pen Manufacturing is seeking a Strategic Accounts Director to lead the development and expansion of high-value OEM partnerships within its contract manufacturing platform. This role requires penetrating and structuring long-term manufacturing agreements across targeted industrial verticals.
The ideal candidate will have 12–20+ years of experience in contract manufacturing sales, particularly in sheet metal fabrication and welding, and possess a strong executive presence. Competitive compensation includes a base salary of $70,000-130,000 plus uncapped commission opportunities based on OEM revenue growth.
