Identify opportunities to improve existing business processes, KPIs, reports, dashboards, and analytical models.

Manage medium to large analytical projects with minimal oversight and adapt analytical approaches as business needs evolve.

Provide analytical guidance and support to other analysts and contribute to the continued development of team capabilities and best practices.

Exceptional business acumen and ability to understand the financial and operational drivers of a business.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to structure ambiguous business questions and develop an analytical approach.

Ability to identify meaningful relationships, trends, and business drivers within complex information and translate findings into practical recommendations.

Advanced Excel skills with demonstrated experience developing analytical models and performing complex analysis.

Experience working with business intelligence and data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and assignments.

Ability to work independently with limited supervision while collaborating effectively across Finance, Operations, Sales, and other business functions.

High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and analytical integrity.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in FP&A, corporate strategy, pricing, profitability analysis, operations finance, or strategic decision support.

Experience developing business cases, profitability models, forecasts, or other financial and operational decision-support models.
