Job description
Sproutup in Dallas is seeking an experienced recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across operations, sales, finance, engineering and more. You will partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build sourcing strategies and set timelines.
You will manage candidate experience end-to-end, expand a proactive talent pipeline using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter, advise on market conditions and compensation, and continuously improve processes while upholding Sproutup's employer
