Lupin Somerset is seeking an experienced Associate Director for its Corporate Strategy team in Naples, FL. This role requires a strategic and analytical individual with over 8 years of relevant experience in management consulting and corporate strategy within the life sciences sector.
The successful candidate will shape enterprise strategies across specialty pharmaceutical products and biosimilars, working closely with the Executive Leadership Team to maximize long-term value.
Collaboration with various departments to align strategy across development, regulatory pathways, and commercialization is essential. A strong background in strategic analysis and leading cross-functional teams is required.
