Job description
The Blue Cross Blue Shield Association (BCBSA) is seeking a capable project leader to manage small to mid-size initiatives addressing critical strategic issues. You will apply rigorous analytics, gather data, and synthesize insights for senior leadership.
You will lead project teams, collaborate with business partners, and coach junior staff while engaging across functions to drive actionable recommendations for health plan performance and strategy.
