We're looking for a Senior Structural Design Engineer to join our Los Angeles team. This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers on a diverse range of projects while developing technical expertise, professional judgment, and leadership capabilities that will shape your career.

What You'll Do
Use your creativity and expertise to develop structural solutions for world-class projects
Manage projects and teams
Manage financial aspects of projects
Assist with internal QA/QC design and drawing reviews
Develop and foster key client relationships
Support marketing and business development efforts
Train, mentor and develop younger engineers
Assist with maintaining and developing the firm's design standards and AI/automation initiatives
